Federal Universal Service Funding Legal Challenge

ITA has joined other associations in filing an Amicus Curiae brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the U.S. Court of Appeals opinion that Federal Universal Service contributions are unconstitutional. All associations surveyed their service provider members’ voice and broadband services with the positive use of Federal Universal Service Funding.  The survey results can be found here.
