ITA Committees

The ITA has four committees that focus on various issues of interest to the members of the ITA.

The EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE focuses on the management of the association and has periodic meetings throughout the year on an as-needed basis.  For information, please contact Molly Steckel, Executive Director, at molly@idahotelecomalliance.org or Jerry Piper, President, at jpiper@ctctele.com.

The REGULATORY AND LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE focuses on regulatory and legislative issues that impact ITA members.  This committee also has periodic meetings on an as-needed basis.  For information, please contact Molly Steckel, Executive Director, at molly@idahotelecomalliance.org or Jerry Piper, President, at jpiper@ctctele.com.

The FRONT OFFICE COMMITTEE consists primarily of customer service, marketing, accounting and billing personnel from each of our member companies.  This committee has meetings via conference calls to discuss issues, problem solve and identify common topics for training sessions.  Training sessions are held once or twice a year on a variety of topics.  For information, please contact Molly Steckel, Executive Director, at molly@idahotelecomalliance.org or Caryl Wilkerson, Front Office Committee Chair, at cwilkerson@silverstar.net

The BACK OFFICE COMMITTEE consists primarily of outside plant, central office and IT personnel from each of our member companies.  This committee also has meetings via conference calls to discuss issues, problem solve and identify common topics for training sessions.  Training sessions are held once or twice a year and generally focus on safety and technical training.  For information, please contact Molly Steckel, Executive Director, at molly@idahotelecomalliance.org or Steve Tanguay, Back Office Committee Chair, at stanguay@silverstar.net.
